Products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This is because the products are Cleansed, Energised and Reprogrammed and once they are worn by the recipient, they get connected to the wearer's auric field, they cannot be used by anyone else.

Breakage does not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

To claim damage or missing items: Please record a video while opening your package.

Replacement requests will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is different from the product ordered.
  • The product is damaged or lost during shipping.
  • You can provide proof of purchase or receipt for the product.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than those listed above.

Exchanges:

We will only replace products damaged during shipping. Products will not be replaced or exchanged for any other reason.
