Please review the details of each deal before making a purchase, as they contain all relevant information about the services or products you are buying.

Products purchased from  www.theethersguru.com cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Once purchased, they are energized in the recipient’s name and cannot be used by anyone else, as they are connected to the recipient's auric energy.

If any breakages are observed, there will be no return, exchange, or refund.

Please record a video while opening your package to report any damage or missing items.

Before requesting a replacement, please note that we will only process replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • The product supplied is different from the product ordered.

  • The product supplied is damaged or lost during the shipping process.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase or a receipt for the product.

However, customers are not eligible for return or replacement/exchange under any other circumstances.

Exchanges:

 www.theethersguru.com will only replace/exchange products if the product is damaged during shipping. Products will not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons. If a customer wishes to exchange their product, they must contact us at orders@ www.theethersguru.com.com.

We will only entertain exchange requests raised within 24 hours from the date of product delivery.

When making an exchange request, the customer must provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with an image of the broken product (if applicable).

Only the specific broken product will be exchanged, not the entire order.

The customer is responsible for the transportation cost of sending the product to  www.theethersguru.com' office.

The customer must pack the product carefully. If the product received at our premises is damaged or worn out, the customer will not be eligible for an exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
